We process and dispatch within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details to follow its journey home to you.

    • Express Post: $15
    • Free Shipping: On all orders over $85
  • International
    • Standard Post: $25

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping within Australia is automatically applied once your order total reaches $85 after discounts and before taxes.

    • Express Post: 1–3 business days
  • International
    • Standard Post: 7-21 business days

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders may be applied by your local customs authority. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

LYNU is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. 

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, LYNU is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by postal services or customs. However, we’ll always do our best to help you locate your order and resolve any issues promptly.
