Orders & Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

How much is shipping within Australia?

We offer the following shipping options within Australia:

  • Standard Post: $8
  • Express Post: $15
  • Free Shipping: on all orders over $85

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

How much is international shipping?

We offer flat rate on standard post for international shipping: $25

At this time, express post and free shipping are not available for international orders unless stated otherwise during special promotions.

How long does delivery take? 

Estimated delivery times within Australia are:

  • Standard Post: 3–7 business days
  • Express Post: 1–3 business days

International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to courier delays, customs processing or seasonal demands.

Do you ship internationally?

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

Possibly. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country’s customs authority.

These charges are not included in your purchase and must be paid by the recipient.

Can you mark my order as a gift or reduce the declared value?

We’re unable to alter customs declarations or mark orders as gifts. All international shipments must reflect the accurate order value.

My order hasn’t arrived, what should I do?

If your tracking shows delays or hasn’t updated, please allow a little extra time.

What happens if my international order is delayed or held by customs?

Customs delays are outside of our control. If your parcel is held, your local customs office or courier may contact you directly for additional information or payment.

Are LYNU products suitable for all hair types?

Our products are thoughtfully formulated to support a wide range of hair and scalp
types.

Are your products safe for sensitive scalps?

We use carefully selected ingredients and recommend performing a patch test before first use, especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies.

How do I use the Kaiya Hair and Scalp Oil?

Apply the oil from dropper directly to the scalp and gently massage with our scalp massager to activate blood circulation. Leave on for at least 30 minutes to 2 hours before washing for optimal result. Followed with double shampoo cleansing.

Are LYNU products for external use only?

Yes. All LYNU products are intended for external use only. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.

Are LYNU products made with natural ingredients?

LYNU formulations are thoughtfully created using a blend of plant-derived, naturally inspired, and functional ingredients chosen for their effectiveness and gentleness. Each ingredient is selected with intention to support healthy hair and scalp care; and locally sourced from Australia.

Are your products free from parabens and sulfates?

Yes. Our shampoos and scalp treatments are formulated without harsh sulfates and parabens, helping to cleanse and nourish without stripping the hair or irritating the scalp.

Do LYNU products contain fragrance?

Our products are lightly scented using carefully selected ingredients to create a subtle, calming experience.
If you are sensitive to fragrance, we recommend reviewing the full ingredient
list on each product page and performing a patch test before use.

Are essential oils used in LYNU products?

Yes, some LYNU formulations include essential oils selected for their aromatic and scalp-supporting properties. Essential
oils are used in balanced concentrations and are suitable and safe for most users. Those with sensitivities should patch test prior to use.

currently pregnant.

Is the scalp oil suitable for sensitive scalps?

Our scalp oil is formulated to be gentle and nourishing. However, every scalp is unique. If you have sensitive skin, allergies, or a scalp condition, we recommend a patch
test before first use and consulting a healthcare professional if unsure.

Can I use LYNU products on colour-treated or chemically treated hair?

Yes. LYNU products are designed to be gentle and are generally suitable for colour-treated or chemically treated hair.

As with all hair care products, results may vary depending on hair condition
and treatment history.

Are LYNU products vegan and cruelty-free?

LYNU does not test on animals and is committed to ethical product development. Our formulations use plant-based ingredients.

Do your products contain allergens?

Our products may contain natural extracts, essential oils, or nut-derived ingredients. Please review the ingredient list carefully if you have known allergies. 

Why does the product colour or texture vary slightly?

Because we use natural and plant-derived ingredients, slight variations in colour, texture, or scent may occur between batches. This does not affect the quality or performance of the product.

Are LYNU products safe for daily use?

Yes. Our shampoo and hair care products are designed to be gentle enough for regular or daily use, depending on your hair and scalp needs.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?

No. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason once an order has been placed.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at connect@withlynu.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once approved, we’ll issue a refund in the form of store credit.

How are refunds issued?

Approved refunds are issued as store credit only, which can be used toward any future purchase at withlynu.com.
Store credit does not expire.

Do you offer refunds for change of mind?

We’re unable to offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect personal choice, or dissatisfaction with scent, texture, or results.

We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment options supported by Shopify at checkout.

How do I use my store credit?

Store credit is issued as a digital code. Simply enter the code at checkout to apply it to your order.
