Refund policy

At LYNU, we take great care to ensure each product is safely sealed, packed, and delivered in perfect condition.
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason once an order has been placed.

However, if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we’re here to help.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel at connect@withlynu.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once reviewed and approved, we’ll issue a refund in the form of store credit (a LYNU gift card or digital code) equal to the value of the affected item(s).
Store credit can be used toward any future purchase at withlynu.com and does not expire.

Refund Conditions

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Photo evidence is required for damaged, faulty, or incorrect items.
  • Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, incorrect personal choice, or general dissatisfaction with scent, texture, or results.
